Individually Constructed Vehicles (ICV's) are now eligible for conditional registration in SA.
The SA Government has approved from 16 November 2023 for ICV's to be eligible for Conditional Registration.
The new Code of Practice for Historic, Left-Hand Drive, Street Rod and Individually Constructed Vehicles dated January 2024 has all the details.
